Innisbrook Wrapping Paper Collect packets from all students selling items, verify money collected, calculate totals, plan award prizes, and distribute goods upon arrival of shipment.

Restaurant Night Find various local restaurants willing to participate in giving percentage of total sales for one night to Rio del Mar. Make schedule for approximately one restaurant per month and advertise school wide.

Annual Book Fair Help set up, monitor, and handle money of the annual Book Fair.

Harvest Festival Multiple levels of volunteers required for this community building event. Volunteer positions include: game planning, bake sale coordinating, ticket and food sales, and manning of booths.

Fall Ticket Sales PersonBe in charge of both the Monte Foundation Fireworks ticket sales as well as the Subaru tickets from dealership. Coordinate the sale of tickets during and after school hours.

Jogging for the Arts Help coordinate and plan jogging fundraiser. Help day of the event with students. All funds raised go toward SPECTRA Art Program.

Annual golf Tournament, Dinner, Dance and Auction Multiple levels of volunteers are needed for this event. Positions include: chair/cochair, solicit items for raffle/auction, coordinate classroom gift baskets, sell tickets, and assist with decorations/set up day of event.

Desktop Manager Highly detailed position requiring most work to be done for Harvest Festival and golf tournament. Includes laying out banners, flyers, programs, advertisements and misc. graphic projects. Knowledge and skill with some graphic programs like Quark, PageMaker, InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator is helpful. Last year's chair would be happy to help new chair transition into position. Can be done at home.
