Innisbrook Wrapping Paper	Collect packets from all students selling items, verify money collected, calculate totals, plan award prizes, and distribute goods upon arrival of shipment. Chairperson: Stacy Ely Volunteers needed: 8-10 When: Fall
School Picture Day	Assist photographers with students duriing school photos. Chairperson: Michelle Guzman Volunteers Needed: 1-2 When: September
Restaurant Night	Find various local restaurants willing to participate in giving percentage of total sales for one night to Rio del Mar. Make schedule for approximately one restaurant per month and advertise school wide. Chairperson: Cindy Harrison-Evans Volunteers Needed: 2-3 When: Fall
Annual Book Fair	Help set up, monitor, and handle money of the annual Book Fair. Chairperson: Diana Sawyer Volunteers Needed: 30+ When: October 15-19
Harvest Festival	Multiple levels of volunteers required for this community building event. Volunteer positions include: game planning, bake sale coordinating, ticket and food sales, and manning of booths. Chairperson: Amy Jeske Volunteers Needed: 50+ When: October 12
Fall Ticket Sales Person	Be in charge of both the Monte Foundation Fireworks ticket sales as well as the Subaru tickets from dealership. Coordinate the sale of tickets during and after school hours. Chairperson: Open Volunteers Needed: 1+ When: September-November
Jogging for the Arts	Help coordinate and plan jogging fundraiser. Help day of the event with students. All funds raised go toward SPECTRA Art Program. Chairperson: Andrea Burrell Volunteers Needed:4-5 When: November
See's Candy Fundraiser	Help assembly fundraiser packets, tally orders, and distribute candy to students upon shipment arrival. Chairperson: Michelle Chapa Volunteers Needed: 4-6 When: November/December
T-Shirt Design and Sales	Coordinate new design contest and sales of t-shirts and sweatshirts throughout the year. Chairpersons: Debbie Eaton for design portion Erika Brand for sales portion Volunteers Needed: 4-6 When: November/December and throughout year
Holiday Book and Video Drive	Help collect books/videos from each classroom for donation before winter break. Help deliver donated items. Chairperson: Leina'aha Waikiki Volunteers Needed: 2-3 When: December
Yearbook Committee	Work on publication of school yearbook. Communicate with yearbook committee and volunteers from each classroom Chairperson: Mary Zimmer Volunteers Needed: 10 When: Winter/Spring
Grant Writing Committee	Explore opportunities for funding special projects. Assist with writing grants. Can be done at home Chairperson: Open Volunteers Needed: 1-2 When: Year long
On Call/School Improvement	Act as part of a general, on call committee to volunteer for school projects on as as needed basis. Chairperson: Steffenn Lovell Volunteers Needed: 3-4 When: Year long
Campus Beautification Committee	Participate in campus beautification. Plan and plant groundcover on sloping areas. Chairperson: Allyson Oaks Volunteers Needed: 10 When: Year long
eScript	Assist coordinator with recruiting parents to sign up for eScript. Answer questions that may arise during the year. Chairperson: Jennifer Andrew Volunteers Needed: 2 more needed! When: Year long
Box Tops for Education	Pick up collected box tops from school office, trim edges, calculate totals, and mail. Can be done at home. Chairperson: Julie Harris Volunteers Needed: 1 When: Year long.
Student Author Fair	Set up displays and host tables of students' stories at Capitola Mall one Saturday in Spring. Chairperson: Open Volunteers Needed: 5-10 When: Spring
Staff Appreciation Luncheon	Decorate cafeteria, serve food, and help with clearn up. Prepare and donate food. Chairperson: Debbie Eaton Volunteers Needed: 30+ When: Spring
Annual golf Tournament, Dinner, Dance and Auction	Multiple levels of volunteers are needed for this event. Positions include: chair/cochair, solicit items for raffle/auction, coordinate classroom gift baskets, sell tickets, and assist with decorations/set up day of event. Co-Chairpersons: Kelly Foos and Laurie Glynn for dinner/auction Chairman for golf tournament: Open Volunteers Needed: 30+ When: Spring
Desktop Manager	Highly detailed position requiring most work to be done for Harvest Festival and golf tournament. Includes laying out banners, flyers, programs, advertisements and misc. graphic projects. Knowledge and skill with some graphic programs like Quark, PageMaker, InDesign, or Adobe Illustrator is helpful. Last year's chair would be happy to help new chair transition into position. Parent Alliance Website Manager	Support, maintain and update pertinent information regarding all Parent Alliance business. Chairperson: Ruth Landmann James Fitch: Rio Classified Ads When: Year long
